Hypnotic Hypnosis How to attract and seduce woman
with hypnosis. |
Phobia Fears, and in particular any phobia, are most often traced back to a traumatic events from childhood, and or infancy. During the years of childhood, and infancy the world is a very large place, and our understandings are extremely limited, not to mention our lack of abilities to defend ourselves and those we care about. It is during these young years that when frightened, traumatic incidences imprint themselves upon us leaving a lasting impression which stays throughout our adulthood unless something is done about it. A common example might be that of arachnophobia, commonly known as the fear of spiders. Such a fear could be imprinted upon someone as easily as this; as an infant the child is laid down to bed for the night. Once the parent leaves along drops a spider from the ceiling landing on the child’s little nose. All the infant sees is this long legged, creepy, and sometimes hairy looking creature that looks as though it wants to eat him, and possibly even bites the poor defenseless child. Immediately traumatized, this one time learning becomes imprinted for life (See our page on Imprints for a greater elaboration). Later on, every time that child comes across a spider, an unconscious regression occurs, and although the person doesn’t realize it consciously, their own minds provide them with an original picture of that first terrorizing spider, and all the same feelings of helplessness, fear and possibly pain re-immerge as though it had just occurred. Some phobias or fears have both a sensitizing event and an activating event. These can also be traced back and re-adjusted in manner that suits us better as adults. The original sensitizing
event, would be the original occurrence making one sensitive to
certain situations, but could also be the first as one of a series of
similar situations, that make a person more sensitive to whatever is
disliked. Below is a basic hypnotic intervention process often used for the alleviation of fears and phobias. 1) Relaxation – Achieved via any form of hypnotic induction suitable to the individual. Anxiety and any other tensions are easily countered via deep slow breaths, combined with other physically relaxing suggestions. 2) Hypnoanalysis – Hypnoanalysis along with many different hypnotic techniques can be used to learn about fears, and direct causes, including future progressions of the individual. 3) Improvement of Coping Strategies or “Ego Strengthening” – Via direct hypnotic suggestion, the child is directed to experience him/her-self as more capable of dealing with the phobia. 4) Changing Attributions of Situations – Events are altered via hypnoanalysis, metaphor, reframing or other workable techniques. 5) Exposure to Feared Stimuli in a Safe Setting – As suggested by many past therapists, exposure to a phobia is often helpful in resolving the fear. Within hypnoanalysis the child can experience his/her fear in a safe setting with imaginary friends, or toys to help dissolve the fear. 6) Increasing a Feeling of Self-Efficacy and Control – Self-efficacy refers to ones belief of having an ability to control a given situation, and is provided via various learnings, or teaching the skills a person needs to overcome a challenge. Not meaning to belittle anyone’s present fears, but as hard as it may be to believe how easily some fears can be lost here is a real life example of how I helped a woman one day at the neighborhood coffee shop. I met this young lady by the name of Mary. As we spoke I mentioned a little about NLP and hypnosis, which peaked her curiosity. Naturally Mary enquired further, and having a little knowledge of her own, asked about the elimination of fears (turns out she had a terrible fear of mice). After testing by simply having her imagine a mouse on the counter, I could very well see that she did in fact have an unreasonable reaction. I simply had her take a few deep breaths, and then I motioned into my jacket pocket and told her that I had an incredible little gift for her, it was my invisible ray gun. Now this ray gun had the ability of shrinking anything into nothingness, and she could have it if she wished, provided that she could show me, that she knew how to use it first. She agreed, so I had her imagine a little mouse running across the room, which she was to zap with the ray gun, and shrink it away into nothingness. She did it, and got so excited that she did it again, and again. The next day when I met her at the same coffee shop she was thrilled. Mary said that she had gotten home and actually went searching for mice to zap. Unfortunately she didn’t find any, but she did say that she feels much better about things now. This was just a simple example of how easily a person can be provided with something under his or her own control to make life easier.
